Born and raised in Boston, Chief Petty Officer Penn shared his passion for sports and his unwavering commitment to the Navy, where he has served for 20 years, as the driving force that brought him to Hampton Roads. When questioned about his impression of the Mid-Atlantic region, he extolled its diverse and multifaceted environment.
As the evening unfolded, Chief Petty Officer Penn expressed his intention to take full advantage of future MWR events.
