Dam Neck - Indoor Pool
Dam Neck Indoor Pool offers lap and open swimming. Pool access is free and open to active duty, eligible family members, retirees, reservists, and DoD civilians. Long-term locker rentals are available for a month at a time (call for pricing).
Free active duty swim clinic:
Sign up for a time slot to have a staff member help with stroke development and swim technique.
