Dri-Tri Challenge

Are you up for a challenge? JEB Fort Story MWR Fitness is hosting the Dri-Tri challenge on Monday, March 18 at the Fort Story Fitness Center. You can come anytime between 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to complete the challenge, which will be a 5K run (3.1 miles), 600 reps of six bodyweight exercises, and a 2,000-meter row. Awards will be given to the top male and female time finishers.
