Join NAS Oceana MWR Fitness for our Cardio Mix group exercise class every Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Hornets Nest Gym. This class will help improve your cardiovascular fitness level with a variety of workouts. Low impact, high impact, HIIT, and body weight exercises will all be used to maximize results! All classes are free and open to active duty, retirees, DoD civilians, Reservists, and eligible family members. Classes are subject to change according to demand.
