Learn how to create stunning artwork with NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation. Join us at River’s Edge Community Center on Saturday, February 8 from 10 am to 1 pm. Enjoy some beginner acrylic pour painting as well as pastries and mimosas. The cost to participate is $10 per person, bring a friend and the cost to participate is $17 for two adults. All supplies will be provided. This event is open to adults and registration is required.
