Join NAS Oceana MWR Fitness for our Yoga group exercise class every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. at Hornets Nest Gym. Mobilize your hips, spine and shoulders with this short, creative class . Move the body and link the breath with simple, accessible movements, mindful transitions and intention. Poses will offer lots of stretching. All classes are free and open to active duty, retirees, DoD civilians, Reservists, and eligible family members. Classes are subject to change according to demand.
