Freezing in the Water Polar Plunge

Take the plunge with Dam Neck MWR Fitness at our Freezing in the Water event on Friday, January 10 from 10 am to noon at the beach by Shifting Sands. Participants will run into the ocean for a quick plunge and receive a beanie hat as a prize. We will have hot chocolate and muffins after the plunge. Registration is required. Online registration will close on Wednesday, January 8 and same day registration will begin at 9:30 am.
