American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

Get certified with Dam Neck MWR Aquatics! Sign up for our American Red Cross Lifeguard training taking place in March and April. There will be two sessions of classes. 

Session 1:   

March 21: Eligibility Swim: 3:00 – 6:00 pm 
March 28: 3:00 – 8:00 pm 
March 29: 9:00 – 5:30 pm 
April 5: 9:00 – 5:30 pm 

Session 2:  

April 11: Eligibility Swim: 3:00 – 6:00 pm 
April 18: 3:00 – 8:00 pm 
April 19: 9:00 – 5:30 pm 
April 26: 9:00 – 5:30 pm

The cost to participate is $175 per person. All participants must pass the eligibility swim which consists of a swim, tread, and 10-lb brick retrieval. Patrons must be age 16 or older to participate. Participation is mandatory for all class sessions. Classes are limited to 10 people. This is a blended learning class, meaning there is some online material. Please list a valid email when you register.
