Back to School Carnival

Get ready for an unforgettable return to school with NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation’s back to school carnival on Saturday, August 17 from 6 to 10 p.m. at River’s Edge Community Recreation Center. Come enjoy games, food, entertainment, and prizes. We will also be showing an outdoor movie on the back deck of the pool from 8 to 10 p.m.
