Get fit with JEB Fort Story MWR Fitness! Join us for a six-week fitness program from Thursday, March 13 to Thursday, April 24 at the Fitness Center. This is the official Navy weight management program and is open to active duty, eligible DoD ID card holders, retirees, and adult beneficiaries. We will be focusing on four important components for weight loss; mindset, nutrition, physical activity and sleep.
